Booty Building Bootcamp- Break out those daisy dukes and get that summer lower body ready as this class focuses on building that booty. We use different forms of exercise technique, bands and body movement. We incorporate a lot of stretching in-between so we reduce the acid levels and soreness. Make sure to stay hydrated and bring good alkalized water.
