Healing Our Wombs Workshop

Did you know that our uterus holds so much of our emotions, traumas, past traumas and we can heal these by bringing care, attention to our matriz/uterus? 🐚🤲🏾

Meztli López Torres is a Mexican Sobadora and Herbalist born and raised in Xalapa, Veracruz. She is a Traditional Birthkeeper, Childbirth and Lactation Educator, Anthropologist, Feminist, Mom, Sister, Daughter, Friend, Advocate of Women’s Rights and Mother Earth.

Meztli holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology. She has extensive experience working and researching about women’s health, pregnancy and working among traditional midwives in Mexico and Guatemala. In 2012 she pursued her calling and Luna Mama Services was born in the cloud forest of Veracruz. She currently provides services in Kumeyaay Territory (San Diego).
