What To Expect:

• Intuitive BreathWork: Involves deep, conscious breathing to release tension and promote relaxation. 
• Fire and Drum Ceremony: Release unwanted energies, attachments, and old belief structures.
• Journal: Write down what you want to release during the fire ceremony, share, and release into the fire.
• Yoga nidra & Sound Healing: A guided meditation that induces deep relaxation and helps in recieving a sound healing session using sound frequencies to promote relaxation and healing. These practices aim to help individuals release negative energy, reconnect with themselves, and achieve a sense of grounding and balance.
