Join Jennifer for an hour of hatha yoga focused on slower paced mindful poses that help you get out of your head and into your body.  Even though we’ll be moving our bodies, the focus of this class isn’t really exercise, it’s about reducing stress, relaxing the mind, and connecting with the divine - the physical benefits are just a happy side effect! We will restore and refresh ourselves together as we connect movement with breath and end our practice with a guided meditation during savasana. Perfect for all levels.
