This is an active breathing process that combines an ancient two-step breathing technique and contemporary, upbeat, and positive music that allows one to tune into their own healing needs and abilities. It is a simple, safe, and an extremely effective process for experiencing life on a whole new level! We will end each session with an EFT tapping practice (Emotional Freedom Technique) that will help you ground and re-center.
