We're bringing you an energizing combo of yoga Nidra, sound bath, and Reiki healing. Yoga Nidra will have you floating away on a cloud of meditation while the sound bath will tickle your ears with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and buffalo drums. And, as if that wasn't enough, Reiki will give your energy levels a supercharge! This Japanese technique sends good vibes from our practitioner straight to you. So, come on down and join us for a Sunday morning of peace, healing, and Zen vibes!

What To Expect:

• Yoga nidra & Sound Healing: A sound bath experience immerses participants in the vibrations of various instruments, including crystal singing bowls and buffalo drums, to promote relaxation. Yoga Nidra  is a form of meditation that induces deep relaxation and helps in recieving a sound healing session using sound frequencies to promote relaxation and healing. 
• Reiki Energy Healing: A Japanese healing technique that involves the transfer of energy from the practitioner's hands to the recipient, aims to promote balance and healing.
• These three practices complement each other, with the relaxing effects of yoga nidra and sound bath creating an optimal state for receiving the benefits of Reiki healing.
