Get ready to unplug, unwind, and recharge at our Sacred Sunday event on December 10th at 10:30 am with Hannah & Sally. We're bringing you an energizing combo of yoga Nidra, sound bath, and Reiki healing. Yoga Nidra will have you floating away on a cloud of meditation while the sound bath will tickle your ears with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and buffalo drums. And, as if that wasn't enough, Reiki will give your energy levels a supercharge! This Japanese technique sends good vibes from our practitioner straight to you. So, come on down and join us for a Sunday morning of peace, healing, and Zen vibes!
